Our

Production

We use latest technology Injection moulding techniques and Machines for manufacturing purposes. Quality of the components are ensured in every one hour through Line Inspection Report.
Based on the criticality of components we are also doing load test for particular components based on the requirement of the customer.

We are mainly focusing in continuous increase in productivity through the operator involvement by getting kaizens.

Mould Manufacturing


  • We are also has a capability to develop a components from its design. We are also focused in the field of mould manufacturing.
  • We are specialized in manufacturing of critical insert moulds, which requires excellent surface finish with fine parting line matching. We have the design facility to handle complex shapes.
  • We use I-deas as standard engineering design tool and We have developed expertise in utilizing I-deas to the fullest.
  • We are equally comfortable with complex surfaces or assemblies of large number of parts. Every project is 3D modeled in 100%. Once design is finalized, these model works as final point of reference for all other downstream process.
  • We give more importance for mould maintenances. We have separate department for mould maintenance with expert team having more than 30 years experience in the field of mould maintenance.
  • We do maintenance of moulds both before and after moulding.

Raw Material

  • We use best quality Raw Materials for Moulding Purposes. We provide Material test certificate for all supplying components and also based on customer needs we also provide component test certificate which have been tested externally.

  • We are having well experienced Quality team which always ensure the quality of the components 100%.
  • We will never compromise with the word quality deviation. Components are despatched after 100% Quality Inspection. Proper reports like PDIR, Test Certificate for the supplying components will be provided along with the document. For critical components we are doing special other tests like load test, Matting part test, leak check,etc.,
  • Incase of any customer request we will also provide external test report for moulded components also.
